Hey Tiffany,
It does depend on the individual. But, we can eat lower calorie foods that are good for us which keep our calories low, but fill us up. I am eating less food during the day then I used too, but filling up faster as well.

I am losing weight left and right and not starving myself.
I have finally found something that works withouta fad diet or starving myself or taking pills that make my heart jump out of my chest. I simply found out how many calories I need to eat daily for my weight, height and age. I then eat half of that total amount, or close to half and exercise 3 times a week. I have now bumped theexercise up to 5 times a week. I do strength training and some cardio on Mandy, Wednesday and Friday. I have now started to do cardio and abs on Tuesdays and Thrusdays. I look and feel great. Can't wait to see my results in about 4 months.

How do I know how many calories do I need to eat a day to loose weight
Hey how are you. First, go to this website and calculate how many calories you need to eat.

Then, eat half of that amount each day with exercise every other day until you reach your goal.
