Ok, so my body is backwards. My biggest obsticle is to make sure I am eating enough. I know, it sounds crazy, but I do not consume enough calories per day, therefore, my body is in starvation mode and every piece of food that goes into my mouth is then stored as fat :-( I really need to start eating more and find that I have to remind myself to eat. Between now and Monday, my goal is going to be to get my food and water in. If I can get my food and water in, Monday should be a breeze at starting the P90X. I cannot wait. Hoping this summer brings sexier bathing suits lol.
