I can't believe i gained weight. Jeans are falling off and im wearing shirts i haven't worn in 5 years. lifting lots of weight with my trainer and he says ive lost over 11 inches in 10 weeks but only lost, now 11 pounds. he says, just keep going and the body will adjust. We'll see. for now i have to believe him.

I have been working with a trainer. This will be the week eight. Ive been very bummed out at the results from the scale. Only 8 pounds in 7.5 weeks and i have been working my butt off. However, today my trainer took my measurements to compare to those when i started. Bicep, chest, waist, hips, thigh and calves. Ive lost 8 inches so far. 2.5 from my chest alone. Clothes fit better and I feel better. Bottom line. The scale is important but there are other ways to measure success. I will keep it up and the pounds are bound to start falling off to reveal all the muscle. I hope at least. LOL

I didn't do bad today. Ate 2 items not on my list. I've learned my lesson as it didn't make me feel good to eat them. Not guilty feeling just didn't enjoy them. Looking forward to a good dinner and lots of progress tomorrow.
