Today I ate 1 Peanut Butter Square. Who knew the would have SO MANY calories. I only have 250 calories left for my dinner now... Well done. NOT. I think that is the one and ONLY time I will eat one of those things again. Big mistake. But at least now I know for next time.

In order to lose this weight I plan to cut out sugar from my diet for the first 12 days so that I will no longer have that craving.
I'm trying to cut out un-needed snacks an replace them with healthier choices. I will allow myself to have sweets once a day on weekends.
For exercise I plan to do 30 minutes a day 6 times a week a long with strength exercises.
