I was in a bad mood this afternoon and had a sweets craving. I started eating sugar-coated spice drops, but at least I stopped myself mid-way through the bag and threw the rest in the garbage can. What a waste of calories! Oh well, lesson learned. Again, my carb intake is way too high. I think I'll feel more satisfied if I focus on more protein-based meals. Glad tomorrow is a new day and opportunity to start fresh!

I didn't lose as much as I would have liked this past week, but I'm going in the right direction. I think I can do better this coming week by adding in some more exercise.

I just started using FS and can see how it is helping me to make better choices. As much as I was tempted to eat a Five Guys burger and fries, one look at the calorie count changed my mind fast! I am feeling so much better about myself. May the scale follow!

I fell off the wagon a little bit yesterday, but feel back on track today. I haven't really been denying myself anything, just being more conscious of what I eat and how to compensate for higher calorie choices. I weigh in again on Monday. Will see and hope for continued progress.
