Hey!!
Since I remember, I've always been a bit overweight but since my pregnancy I think it's worse. I give birth to an handsome little boy on January and now that we're getting use one to the other, it's time for me to take care of myself. I would like to lose some weight so that I can feel better about myself, be healtier and also give the example to my son. So as of tomorrow (ya, tomorrow, since it's 10:30 pm now lol) I'll keep a journal to motivate myself and keep track of everything. Let's get started ...
