For some reason 139 seems so much lighter than 140. More importantly, I'm feeling good about myself and I have so much more energy. It's so easy to feel good about your body when you work hard for it.

One of the toughest days of my diet yet! I just feel insatiabaly hungery. Ate most my food for the day an hour before I was supposed to be at this point. Just keep telling myself that if I get through this day I will have climbed the hurdle to consistent weight loss!
