Finally I lost another lb. I just hope with all my hard work, that it won't take me a month each time to lose a lb. But I guess it is possible with having this weight on me for so long, it may take a long time to get it off....
Plus, it is my new lifetime WOE so it doesn't matter...

Yay! Daughter graduated today! We celebrated with steak. fam had mac n cheese but I made cauliflower and a homemade cheese sauce with whipping cream, american cheese and colby jack. It was yum!

Same weight again. I am keeping my total carbs below 20. Feeling good but would really like to lose weight. Podiatrist suggested no artificial sweetners or processed foods so I have been off of them for 6 days now...
