So I found out something yesterday and so instead of trying to lose weight I will be working on just being healthy and getting exercise. I will pick back up with the losing weight in lets say 9 months. :) woo hoo!

haveing a crazy day at work. A co worker after looking at older pictures of me decided to mention that I look like I have gained a lot of weight. God bless her!

I had a sleep over with my 13 year old cousin. I had soo much fun! I did eat a lot of junk :( . Today I will try and do much better.

I worked out soo hard today. I don't feel like I am eating enough to substain my energy. Any ideas what I could do to feel full longer?
