As usual. Failed. And now it seems like I can no longer control this. I haven't been eating or drinking anything bad to cause a one pound gain. Been steady on the weight gain.

Maybe I'm not meant to lose weight. Is it because I allowed myself to eat carbs again? I wanted to bring back oat bran and old fashioned oats for the morning as well as ezekiel bread....

It's almost February. Reaching the goal of 130 by Summer 2011 doesn't look like it will happen.

All this does is add more to my ongoing depression.

Feeling bloated and feel like I may be retaining water so this may not reflect an actual weight.
