I haven't been able to log my food daily because of my work schedule. I go to the gym 2-3 times a week with the personal trainer. I see my muscles taking shape but the reason the scale has not moved is because of my food choices. I will start logging again, even if its on a piece of paper. Portion sizes and picking less calorie-heavy foods will make a difference.

Weigh-in: 210.2 lb

lost so far: 4.6 lb

still to go: 65.2 lb

i'm going to chalk the 14 ounces to water weight. i havent logged my meals because of the rigors of work but i am eating prepackaged meals for portion control. working with the personal trainer has been wonderful.

Weigh-in: 211.2 lb

lost so far: 3.6 lb

still to go: 66.2 lb

Diet followed reasonably well

gaining 1.1 lb a week

starting to see my "love" handles bcome "like" handles. getting a personal trainer was a good idea. also doing my cardio before the weight training session makes it more bearable.

Today i signed up for a gym membership and got a personal trainer. I am ready to invest in myself.
