Goal:
To lose the weight I put on over last semester & the holidays!
Motivation:
My birthday, want to look good in pictures
Spring break, want to look good in spring clothes (shorts, t-shirts)
Summer! Want to look good by the pool
Want to keep my boyfriend INTERESTED because so many other girls are starting to look good for spring!
Today's goal: Consume 1100 calories or less! Workout chest & biceps with some mild cardio!
Today I have to get serious. This is it!!! I can't get putting my diet off, procrastinating, "starting tomorrow"...that will only lead to more weight gain. I need the strength and power from God to get me through this challenge. I will look good by May. WATCH OUT
