To be Paleo, or not...this is the magic question of the hour! How? How do you give up so many carbs? I sit here pondering what my meals shall be? I bought deli sliced meats, but how to eat them at lunch. I forsee a lot of salads for lunch. That is fine for a couple days a week, but what about the rest? I think I need a Paleo support group...I'm going to google some recipe and food ideas.
After discussing with Chris (husband) I think our focus shall be Paleo revised. We will strive for less grains. Our choice in grains will be more whole grains, less refined. We are going for a new attitude and focus for the entire family. Less junk for the kids too. This is for them too. When I went shopping yesterday I encouraged the kids to help me choose what fruits and veggies they'd enjoy eating more of.

Okay, time to take it seriously! I'm starting fresh with starting to keep a blood sugar diary again after all these years, so I'll start the diet record keeping again!
