Oh my. I was discouraged. My scale broke. I did not keep track of my foods (like i should, for me). -- Yet i gained weight at the Doctor weigh in. He didnt know I had lost and gained some back. He only saw the part- of the loss that remained. He told me I was doing great with my weight and to keep it up. That pleased me. Louise

Planned ahead and made a grocery store list. Food items $130 and non food items $85. This inflation is killing my meager SS income. Determined to keep up the good eating, and keep positive. I really got off my plan recently and am unhappy with that. Back to tracking as of right now. And reading the inspiring fatsecret posts. Exercise today is extreme housecleaning. Louise

Visited a friend in Upstate New York. She didn't want to go visit the City. She had coffee and cigarettes, and dinner only. Had to forage for food at a great Italian Restaurant that delivered food in Port Jervis. The Scale is broken, but my clothes do fit the same. Enjoyed the vacation.

It is at a steady 110 degrees here in Tucson. I am vigilent about my water consumption. Glad to have some guidelines about what to consume. My minimum is 4 bottled waters at 16.9 ounces.
