Ugh. i was so good for 3/4 of the day. I got home from work and realized that I had to take my oldest daughter to an IMSA informational meeting. Got home at 6 meeting was at 7. Which made my plans for stir fry for dinner followed by 45 mins on the tread mill -- a waste.

Anyway, i was in a rush so I grabbed two hot dogs and slapped some cheese on them. I figured I had to be hitting at least two food groups. And after the informational meeting my kids talked me into taking them to Starbucks for hot chocolate. (I had a tall decaf latte - no sugar, no syrup.)

Got home and entered everything into my food diary and discovered I was WAY over my calorie allotment for the day. I was soo pissed. I was more than 200 calories over the 2000 RDI and I was still hungry. I mean how fair is that?! I spend all day being good and get fucked up because my daughter wants to go to a school for gifted math and sciences students?! And I was STILL HUNGRY.

So I grabbed a half a sleeve of saltines, downed them and then finished off the ice cream. Long story short. I gained a pound.
