Woke up and i was down a pound!!! Yeah 127 here i come-amber

My sad day actaully depressed day has got 5% better. I got up and cleaned the kitchen looks good and smells great, i put in one of those plug in oils lavender scent. So that is a plus. i realized that i still had a gift card from Yankee Candle from Xmas and a coupon so i could get like 2 big jars that might bring up my spirit so i could go to the park and then the mall to get my candles to lift the spirit today that might be nice.

i am super depressed that i did everything i was supposed to and here i am up 1.5 lbs. I quit my Prozac and the only effect i am having is that i am super depressed, but that might be related to lack of weight loss. Who knows. Why can i just be happy. I think that my house is a mess because i worked 60 hours last week and lookin at that makes it that much worse. any ideas on boosting my mood?

Well it is a new week for me. I am going to try to do somethings different this week to see if it works:
1. To boost my metabolism i will drink green tea with Splenda everyday.
2. I will not work any extra this week at the job so i can focus on exercising more.
3. As far as exercising goes, i want to boost up the intensity of my 30 min daily and see if i can fit running into it about 2X week. As it gets warmer i would like to go to running more often.
4. Limit myself to one can of diet soda daily.
5. I quit taking my antideppressant as a side effect of this was weight gain, maybe i can be switched to something that does not have that side effect, and i need to examine if i am really that depressed, i might not even need it at this point.
6. I think that 1000cal/day is ok, i remember doing weight watchers and having 20 points daily and 1 point = 50 calories so i am not going to change that portion of what i am doing.
So here goes, and we will see what happens in the next week, good luck to all as this weight issue is one of the hardest for people to deal with in their life. 127 i swear that i can see you!! Amber

Well this is my weight today, how in the heck it is more, i will never know. Some ideas since the food was not the problem Maybe?
i gained a little muscle working out?
Had too much sodium?
Worked too many hours this week?
My metabolism is slowing down r/t drop in calories?
is Prozac making me not lose weight? i stopped that pill last night
Am i drinkin too many diet pepsis and not enought water?
127 i am coming to you. I will keep my head up and keep going, because i know that i am doing the right thing---amber:(
