I've been feeling a bit better. like my clothes are fitting better and my legs feel a little bit better. I feel slimmer in my waist which is where I lose weight first usually. I also feel like I should have lost more than 5 lbs but I guess that's doing pretty good. I haven't been following any sort of strictness and I've been drinking beer, so I guess I could be a bit more noticing of what I am consuming to speed this process along. but I haven't had a soda since July 7th. I feel great about that. on to the next 2 weeks. :)

I am really overweight and I'm starting to feel bad. like my legs feel weird even...like when I'm sitting. I don't like this and it must change. small changes I plan to make at first are cutting down on sugar, cutting out sugar drinks, lower my bread intake to minimal throughout the day, keep healthy carbs, fats, proteins and fruits are ok. must not have soda for breakfast like I've been doing. this has made this weight gain I'm sure of it. here we go!
