Went to my Endocrinologist today and she took me off of Trulicity bc it's not helping anymore, not much anyway. I've gained the weight back, and I still have high blood sugars. So she put me on Jardiance, and in 3 months we'll see if it's helpful or not. But I also started taking Berberine morning and night and I think it does bring me down some points. Also Cinnamon pills. Let's see, I am excited and hopeful.

I am having an all liquid diet today bc I have a colonoscopy tomorrow. Anyone have one of these before? If you have any tips for bowel prep, please share!
