Well, I have NEVER been good at keeping a journal or a blog and when it comes to weight loss I really thrive on looking at peoples before/after pictures. So, this is a new venture for me because I plan to keep writing in this blog.
Of course I'll talk about my weightloss and hopefully people will read and I can meet people to share in this journey.. but really I'd like to hear from people who have lost over 100 lbs. Like most people I worry so badly about loose skin.. I am SO scared I will lose all this weight, get pregnant -- lose it again and then look like a sack of skin! Any advice? I am takign the appropriate vitamins to help and drinking over 100 oz of water daily.
