Haven't done a very good job entering my food intake over the past few days, but have done a pretty good job sticking to the Abs Diet routine. I splurged a bit over the weekend with a few beers and some pizza, but got back on track when Monday rolled around.
This weekend will be a challenge, as I'll be up at Penn State for homecoming. Finding time to workout will be difficult and there's bound to be some greasy food and beer in there... I'll be happy if I come back at the same weight I left at.

Rocking this week out. Hoping I can stay excited about my resurgence. Have to admit, still being able to have 1-2 drinks per day and lose weight at the same time is refreshing.

Excellent progress this week so far. Even had 2 beers yesterday (granted they were MGD 64's, but hey, beer is beer sometimes).

Ate very well yesterday, got back on the racquetball court for the first time in a while, had a smoothies for dinner following racquetball and rewarded myself with a glass of red wine at night.
