1. Wake 8am.
2. Breakfast- Two eggs, 1 toast with real butter, coffee no sugar, 1 pork sausage.
3. 50 mg Vitamin C
4. Gym 9-10 a.m.
5. 50 mg vitamin C, 1 multvitamin, 2 omega fish oil, 1 advil, 1 tumeric.
6. Apple for lunch- 2 bottles of 500ml water.
7. Beef Stew for dinner.
8. 1 orange, 1 apple snake.
9. Melatonin 50mg.

1. Woke up a 6 a.m.
2. 50 mg vitamin C
3. Breakfast- two eggs, a sausage, one piece of bread.
4. Planet fitness 6:30 to 7:30 a.m
5. Two bottles of water.
6. Watch salt intake.
8. Going to see star wars---No popcorn.
9. Eliminate nuts/ Limit fruit intake
10. Increase green vegetable intake.
11. Vegetarian dinner.
12. Limit bread intake to 2 slices per day.
13. 50 mg Vitamin C.
14. 5mg melatonin before bed

1. Bacon and sausage three times a week cut down from 7
2. One serving of meat every third day.
3. Eliminate eating nuts daily. Change it to once or twice a week.
4. 4 bottles of water a day.
5. No eating out except once in a while
6. No sugar or food with processed sugar.
