My first day of dieting....again. I really never thought I would be back at this point again. I have managed to gain 22 lbs in 7 weeks. The good news is that I realize what I have to do to get back on track and lose the 40lbs that I think I need. I have the tools, the mindset and the drive to get it done. Goal...eat clean, lift hard and cardio in check. You got this!
