Still loseing slowly. I can't get discouraged though, at least I am loseing, and I am not feeling deprived I am satisfied and happy with the progress I am making. Of course it would be nice if it would come off quicker.... Someone close to me who also has a problem with their weight said to me yesterday, better to be a pound down than a pound up that is a pound that you won't have to lose later. The important thing is this a a lifelong program and for the first time in my life I know it is doable. Even at 80 pounds to go. I know I can do it. I am actually half way done now. I have to thank God that I have made it half way through! It was alot more intimidateing at 160 pounds to lose than 80. I have a long way to go still but even if I only lose 1 pound a week I am at 80 weeks to go that is less than 2 years and I have been over weight all my life. I can get through that and then it is just about maintaining!!!!! Praise God!

Exactly 80 pounds to go now! Wow I am 66 pounds down. Actaully 76 cause I had already lost 10 before finding this site. If I would have just stayed on this all the time I could have been done by now. Ugg,oh well a new start. I think I may need to pick up my exercise alot.... I have only worked out twice this week. LAZY I guess... No I know. Have had way better weeks that is for sure. But I am down 1 pound and since I haven't exercised much I guess that is what I get. I will make myself this next week cause 1 pound at my weight for a week is not enough. I have also been kinda hungry this last couple of days and I have had a really hard time staying on track anyone have any good filling food recipes? I also haven't been drinking 8 glasses of water a day. I haven't been drinking 8 glasses of anything a day lately I really need to work harder.
