what is your goal weight, 5'3 and 5'4 ladies?
I still need to lose 25 pounds to get to 150...or 35 to 140.. but I am actually counting on having to go clothes shopping.. as a reward for all my work. And, I will probably stop at 145 if I get there.. I was very happy with the way I looked at 145..and it should be better now, since I have been working on toning my belly all these years later too!

I am 5'3" and my goal is 150... it was 165..but now 150. I was perfect at 140...my whole life.. hoping to get close
