I gained .4 lbs yesterday. I am not beating myself up over this because I know where the error was. I didn't eat anything I wasn't supposed to, but I ate breakfast at 10am and lunch at 5pm and then didn't have dinner. I think it is important to eat 3-5 meals a day but stay within your weight loss boundries.

Today is a new day and I will be eating proper. (I hear my chickens laying my breakfast now and the sun isn't even up....good girls!!!)
