Diet still going good. Went out for breakfast - I was good. I planned a menu and it was within my RDI. It was buffet style but I done it. :)

Diet going good. Have to leave off bread - adds too many carbs. Staying under the RDggiesI. Learning to eat more veggies.

Still going - but slow. Need to get more excercise. Increase walking when it is not raining. :-\

Weigh in today. Not happy. I went through the freezer + pantry and pulled out the good food. Healty food, low cal
