Did my first day of P90X I'm doing the lean version to cut more fat. It says that I should eat more calories, I'll see what happens when I kick them up a little.

My food percentages should be as follows:

50% Protein
30% Carbs
20% Fats.

I get to eat more.... and my armpits stink. Lacey loves it.

I'm gonna keep tabs on my measurements too and this thing doesn't have an option for that (that I have found)

Let's see what happens from here. I'm gonna re-measure when I weigh-in. This will help me focus more on size and less on "weight" as I put on muscle mass.
