Started doing the Take Shape for Life with Medifast program on 3/17/11 and it's changed my life. I started out at 249 lbs and I'm never looking back. Never again will I be over 200 lbs!

I live in Portland, OR with my fiancee and our 3 furry animals. We are getting married August 2012 and I can't wait to spend the rest of my life with him <3

Other than being able to fit into smaller clothes again, I enjoy reading, cross stitching and knitting, jogging, trying new foods, and exploring this great city I live in. I'm currently going to school to become an elementary teacher and I'm also hoping to be able to join roller derby soon!

I enjoy meeting new people and I wish everyone luck on their weight loss journey :)
