Ok. Nothing but desk job. Used to work jobs where my shirt was drenched as if I had been outside in the rain. Now I drive instead of the bus. It is going to change starting today. My main enemy is the soda. We'll see.

I've slacked off and noticed that it takes time for my metabolism to warm up and then start getting rid of my fat. I also had a cold so I know that affected me alot. I am doing more salads and I'll have to admit its hard to let go of the soda. But you know, I just have to do more exercise, hard intense like exerccise. More salads. And try to lower soda, but \soda is so addictive. Good luck to all.
