I still need to watch the binges. I've noticed that I'm fine at home but I go berserk at work! LOL. It's very stressful at wrk. I just need to find a healthier coping skill.

Since my dosage increase on the Aderall, I have felt more like doing many more things. Not only walking and going to gym but doing things around the house like re-decorating. Plus I'm working harder on the job which means more calories expended. This is what I needed all along. As I lose more weight, I will continue to adjust my portions and types of foods I eat.

I have decided to try reverse psychology and it's working, I think. Instead of 'I'm trying to lose,' I'm saying " I want to weigh 200 lbs.!! I want to gain!" Seems to be working for me so far. :)
