Although it says "Snack88's own diet"... yeah I was on Leangains.
For anyone who's thinking of joining me, I've gained a great deal of muscle, so every lb lost represents fat, not lean mass. My strength has also doubled. And all while eating steak, sausages, bacon, chocolate.
