Fell off the wagon for five months gained 16 pounds. Once again I'm disgusted with myself. My sisters wedding is in three months 😳😳 Four days in on my diet again hopefully it'll stick this time. My God I'm such a failure ...lol

It has been a tough month. I'm not going to lie. I weigh myself every Monday morning. Before I eat or do anything except pee...lol . The first week I lost 8 pounds. The second week I lost 2 pounds, the third week nothing (I was so pissed) the fourth week 3 pounds and today marks five weeks I lost 2 more. I decided I'm not going to do hardcore Atkins because there is no way I can do no carb or even low carb. I barely have any energy the way it is. And speaking of energy I am also taking a women's multivitamin that boosts metabolism and energy. I've been eating salads meats multigrain bread peanut butter fruits and nuts. Drinking only lemon water and unsweetened iced tea with lemon. I bought a bunch of those sparkling waters that are flavored but I'm still skeptical about them so they are currently sitting on a shelf 😆 And as far as the exercise part goes lets just say I'm not hitting the gym yet. I'm off three nights a week so the nights I'm off I take my daughter for walks around the stadium and park near our house. It's about a mile and a half total walking distance. So that's all for now. I guess I'll make another update in a month. 😊

Today wasn't nearly as hard as yesterday. Had a headache but I didn't have to take anything to get rid of it. I really hate taking ibuprofen all the time. Anyway breakfast was the same as yesterday wasa bread with Nutella strawberries and blue berries. Lunch was two pieces of butter garlic chicken and a salad. Dinner was a large chicken and broccoli from a Chinese place. Also had a snack pouch of mixed nuts. Diet lemon tea Snapple and waters allllll day. I had a little more energy but my feet literally kill me when I get home from work. I stood a lot tonight. I didn't want to sit down. Holding up all that weight must really do a number on my legs and feet. Maybe that's why my body hurts so much. Carrying around all this weight. 😞 Well off to bed. Tomorrow is day 3.
