I've been away From FS and I'm scared to weigh in!!! Today I'm going to fast for 24 hours to cut some of this water weight. I feel so bloated today, actually felt so bloated all week!!!

Going on day 3 of being smoke free! First day was a nightmare- I was an emotional mess! Yesterday was day 2 and I ate whatever, whenever... Today is day 3 and I feel a bit normal, not cranky, not irritable either, that is good! Supposed to be eating only once a day, but honestly, it's a bit much to do today, so been sticking to LCHF today. I just ate 3 eggs scrambled with a half pound of hamburger and it did the trick. I will probably go back to the once a day meal plan after I'm completely detoxes from nicotine. But... I'm very proud of myself for sticking to quitting!!

I'm sick of being a slave to cigarettes for the past 4 months, just sick of it! I've posted to quit many many times with lots of support from my FS friends but I guess it never came through, but this time it's going to be different, this time it's gotta change. I just calculated what I've approximately spent the last 4.5 months. At $6 a pack here in California, it's come out to $810 dollars!! WTF!! That's only 4.5 months! That's 8 months worth of cable/internet!! That's a whole new wardrobe for myself! That's almost 2 car payments!! What on Earth was I thinking????!!!!!???
