Weekend hillwalking, 6h on Saturday (4 with 18-20kg backpack, the other two up a munro), and 9h on Sunday, with the backpack, against wind, rain and snow whiteout, over the Lairig Ghru, in what felt like an arctic expedition. Made the squats and lunges track in my weights class feel like a holiday. And a good excuse to eat lots of carbs and sugar.

27.1% fat, 52.1% water
Off again for a 2-day hike this weekend. License to eat. See whether the scales forgive me on Monday...

27.2% fat, 51.7% water. Stable on the scales for a while now at 71kg, which is the weight I have always been stable and comfortable at as an adult. I haven't weighed less since my teens. However I'll keep up the exercise and eating and see what happens over the next weeks and months, the weight's not all muscle yet!

I need to re-focus on this eating plan. Three days of grumpiness, sore legs and the munchies have not helped. Generally more relaxed, which I'm OK with, but still need to stay on target, and definitely not re-gain! Back on track today with calory limit and gym time.
