I am here looking for support. When I began my weight loss journey, I was 301 pounds and 100% ashamed to admit that. Since January 16th 2018 I have lost just over 60 pounds. I WAS at a loss of 70 pounds and then BOOM! everything went down hill. Today I have set a mini goal: I want to lose 26 pounds by October 31St. Im not sure I can do this...but im going to try.
