I am retired/disabled due to double knee replacements and hypertension. I do well with my knees most days and my hypertension is well controlled with meds.
Twice in my life I have shed 40 lbs. Starting weights were 225lbs at 28 years old and 235 at 35 years old.
I have a goal to lose most of my excess weight by Nov 1, 2017. I am highly motivated by this goal as I was when I lost weight previously. The times since then that I was unsuccessful I never really set any short or long term goals.
I definitely need to do this for my health but I really want to be able to enjoy my outdoor activities more.
