Stomach is finally feeling better, so I'm going to get back to exercising. I'm a bit disappointed in my gain, but I know it is my own fault. I have to change the way that I eat in a major way and I just can't wrap my head around it. This weekend I need to make a plan and really focus on what I want to do and why.

Deep breaths! I am letting stress guide my eating. I can't change the past, but I can make changes to the future. I will focus on those changes.
I work for a 401(k) consulting firm and 10/15 is the final deadline for year end (2012) tax filing. I have a plan that I administer that is being audited and the auditors are asking ridiculous questions, they should have asked 2 months ago when they started auditing, so I've had to set aside what I really need to be doing this week to help them. It's soooooo frustrating!!!! We lost a co-worker and his job was split between 3 of us because our 4th is not a team player, this is also frustrating!!!

Ugh! I have got to start getting out of bed earlier! It was dark and cold this morning and I just wanted to stay snuggled with my daughter a little bit longer. Plus it is TOM and I have cramps out of this world. Sometimes it sucks being a girl, lol.

Had a wonderful weekend with the kids! We had so much fun at the museum! Yesterday we got pumpkins and painted them for Halloween. Indulged a bit so I was happy to see my weight this morning was the same as Friday morning :), however it is still .8 up from last hospital weigh in, so I need to get in gear to have a loss for Wednesday.
I was feeling good about myself this morning and felt fit (we did a ton of walking and climbing and I push mowed hills yesterday too) . . .until I got dressed. I only have one pair of black dress pants and they are a size 6, so they are snug and push an ugly muffin top out, so then I didn't feel so good. I have a pair of black capri dress pants that a size 8 and I feel really good when I wear them, they fit a lot better, so maybe I should take hubby's advice and get some clothes that fit so I feel better and am not so hard on myself.
