Just had teeth removed n cant eat.surviving on atkins advantage protein drink. I am diabetic ao ita perfect no carbs no sugar. Went to hospital in pain also scared lost 30Lbs in 5days. Bery dehydrate and salt low so i bought gatorade low cal. I immediately went up 20lbs. I binged ate bwgore getting teeth pulled and gained up to 207. For thelast two days i am at 197or 197 so this is definitely. A fat loss of 10 lbs. Atill cant chew. Swollen n in pain. Had oatmeal yeaterday n home chix soup w frOn bag of veggies. Was ok
