Had the worst day yesterday and my diet suffered more than anything else. Even attempting to write everything I ate would be horrifying. So yesterday was a lost cause and I'm back on the horse today!!

I am so frustrated!!! 3 weeks ago I joined medical weight loss to lose the round 35lbs. I weighed in at 150. First week, I was down to 145.5. Week 2 and 3 I was at 146. Granted, I'm not their typical client since I do exercise on a regular basis and eat pretty clean most of the time. So here I am going into week 4 of the program and they told me to stop exercising because I'm starving my body.
Am I wrong but isn't the best way to lose weight is to lower caloric intake and implement exercise?? Not only am I spending $40 dollars a week on their protein shake which is suppose to increase fat burning plus a weekly b-12 injection infused with fat burner.
So am I wasting my money?
