I am doing very bad... I am upset with myself. I am not following my diet... and last night I didn't do my usual exercise and today I decided to skip my morning exercise because of the heat. I have decided tomorrow is a fresh start and I WILL be focused... I will not weigh myself until May 18 and my minnie goal for that day is 175. I will not be writing journals until then.... :(

Its Monday... My troublesome weekend passed and I did pretty good... I did my usual slipping and weekend cheating but I managed to stay somewhat on track... I even lost weight! Im very happy and excited to see that I may make the change in my life that I have been hoping for in almost 10 years. :)

I hate the weekends now... I manage to gain so much weight during them.... I am gonna try to stay within my diet! I'll weigh in Monday in the morning.... BTW... Thursday was a chuck e cheese day and I couldn't resist. My weight is good today so I hope by Monday I am still at at my last weigh in weight or less.... WISH ME LUCK!!!!

I am sooo proud of myself.... I weighed in today and I am back on track. I tried on some clothes I bought the last time I tried to lose weight and I looked good... Pants are a little on the uncomfortable side still...but fit a lot better then the time I lost weight last time.... I think those exercise videos I am using this time around are helping me lose weight and shape my body. The other time around... I was on a very strict diet...ran only(treadmill) and maybe spend some time in a steam room... I lost weight faster but this time I eat normal food...smaller portions...exercise with videos....and I see other better changes in my body! I am happy!!!!!:)

Arg.. I couldnt do it. I ate salad then I had a craving for a cheeseburger and there I go... I only ate half and some fries and soda.... but now Im guilty. Tomorrow... tomorrow I will begin my Greens and Fruits 1 week diet! Gonna set mini Goal of weighing 180 or less by May 4....Wish me luck.
LUNCH>>> I continue doing horrible today!!!!! Tomorrow will be a new day!!!!:(
