Yesterday was really hard. I woke up craving carbs on Friday, and it didn't end. hasn't ended. I want a big sanwich on crusty bread and some butter cookies and every other thing I ain't sposed to be doing. So, rather than mope, I'm gonna do something about it.

Last night for dinner, I made shrimp salad and tuna poke and wrapped it all up in a whole sliced avocado with a little extra Mayo on top. I was literally hungry 20 minutes later, so I made myself a lemon meringue drink (it's a little bit if this "syrup" I make with fresh lemon juice, lime juice, stevia, and vanilla mixed with carbonated water), and that was pretty satiating. I realize I'm using stevia kind of as a crutch, but crutches are tools for broken people, and I'm a broken people. I'll get there. I'm just not there yet.

The doms, on the other hand, have finally subsided from my first visit with my happy little sadist, personal trainer Grace. She's my new favorite person even if I had to walk like a t-Rex for a few days.

This is stream-of-consciousness at its worst, but I wanted to have a note of what was going on in my head when I made this leap back down further than the furthest I got pre-medicine. The most important takeaways are that I'm craving carbs something fierce (worse than before), and I'm not in as much pain, and I'm generally OK.
