so 4th of July was not awesome food wise ... i had to eat the pasta salad because, well, it's my fav. and how could i pass up on some sangria?? all in all i felt oook but once i stepped on that scale, game over. so angry and myself but i putting that anger towards a good workout today.
& i drank all my water! ugh what is this crap?? impossible to gain 2 1/2 lbs in a day... my scale may go out the window at some point this morning. Grrrr

i know its only my 5th day but the scale says ive gained 1 pound since starting this diet. like really? ugh not a happy camper!!
