After being gone for 2 1/2 weeks, i am trying to get back on track.

I decided to set some small goals for myself!
1. Workout at 20 times each month. Right now I average between 12 and 15 times per month and I feel so good when after I workout so I really want to increase that. Also, the weather is getting so much nicer and not cold and snowy, so it is easy to get out and walk or run outside too.
2. Cut out dessert for the next month at least 6/days per week. I am going to give myself one day that i can have a treat after dinner. I love sweets.
3. Run a 5k by the end of the summer. I don't know why i can't run that far, i can bike many miles, ride the elliptical for 1.5 hours with no problem, but i seem to have a mental block when it comes to running. I will sign up for a september 5k and I will run it!!!
