Need a fat flush buddy
Hello all you buddies in Fat Flush land!I have been on this diet for about 10 days and I am already thinkin' about writing a cook book!. My husband has lost 11 pounds and I've lost nine. He has 35 pounds to lose and I have at least 50 pounds to drop. I can also tell you that in the past, I considered myself a "professional dieter".....This is absolutely the best diet I have ever been on!. I love going to the health food store and the organic food markets.Remember the key is NO PROCESSED FOOD! I hope that this way of thinking and cooking will be a life style fior me and my family. Good wishes to all of you.....I know we all CAN DO IT!!!!Wink

Sweet Tooth Satisfied
Hello,
I have just joined. I have a recipe that's really a good one. A friend gave it to me. I have modified it to fit the Fat Flush plan and so far everyone that's tasted it doesn't know it's really good for you!.
Here goes. You'll need a spaghetti squash (about 6 inches long, 1 cup of golden raisins, cinamon, 2 eggs, stevia and chopped nuts if you prefer. You can also sustitute cherries, or blueberries for this dish.
Bake the spaghetti squash whole with holes punched in it to let out steam (350 for about an hour) You can bake the squash ahead of time and keep cooked squash in a container until ready to use. (It freezes well) Cut baked squash in half, remove seeds, then take a fork to pull out the strands, Only half a squash is needed for this recipe. Put cooked squash in a baking dish I use a 9 inch pie plate. Beat 2 eggs and combine with raisins (or desired fruit) then mix with squash. Add cinnamon and stevia "sweet to tase". Bake in an oven at 350 until sides begin to seperate from dish (approx 35-45 minutes) as ovens vary. The result tastes similar to a pudding consistentcy. Especially if you blend the squash!Smile
