I'm not going to do a weigh-in because I don't want my weight recorded. I can't take seeing it on the graph. I injured my eye on Saturday and was in tremendous pain most of the weekend. That's why I didn't record any foods, but I also wasn't terribly diligent about what I ate. I needed comfort food and I had a little. But really, I don't see how it matters. My weight seems to go up no matter what I do. Even when I'm incredibly faithful on the diet, my weight still goes up. The only thing left for me to try is exercise, which I haaaaate but I'm going to ask husband to bring my treadmill in from he garage. If adding exercise doesn't work, I don't know what to do besides give up. Something is clearly not working.

OK, everyone has said I need more calories, and I know I need more fat. So I'm committing to something new to break the deadlock: Coffee EVERY morning with a tablespoon of coconut oil in it. I tried it this morning and it was surprisingly good. I just couldn't make myself consume a tablespoon of fat before. Now I feel STUFFED just from a cup of coffee! Good thing too... I have lunch with my dad at a Mexican place in about 2 hours. I've already checked out the menu. Taco salad is my choice. Shell will stay ON THE PLATE!
