Yeah. Beer will be my downfall.
Yesterday was going to be a great day calorie-wise until I discovered one of my favorite beers (and not-so-easy-to-find beers) at my local QFC. Then I needed popcorn to go with it. (Which was a 100 calorie Jiffy Pop pack, so not too bad. I was just too lazy to enter it into the database right now. But I'm loving them - mom introduced me to them. Satisfies a popcorn/salt craving, but only 100 calories!)

Did the Yoga Melt DVD this evening. Broke the week long stretch of avoiding it, which is good. I seriously had to force myself, but I guess that's the first, most difficult, step.
And I can actually hold a warrier 3 pose for a second or two now! At least most of the time. A second isn't very long, but when you have almost no balance and are in that position? I consider it a victory, particularly since a month ago I just laughed at it.
Did 10 minutes of pilates ab exercises last night. Not much, but good goddess it's seriously intense. So it made me feel slightly better before bed.

Yikes. Yesterday was . . . abysmal. I ate an entire 10 inch (thin crust!) pizza and several pints of beer at dinner. Oh, there were also fried pickle chips. That sort of food should not be put in front of me when I'm feeling emotionally vulnerable.
I know it was the weekend but . . . eep.

I went longer than I would have liked without exercising, but forced myself to do so today.
I am contemplating purchasing a scale, but . . . just not sure I can trust myself. Hm.
I entered "standing" in exercise on Monday and Wednesday for the length of my class, simply because I was curious how many calories I burn while teaching. :)
