I am a 17-year-old girl who has always had weight issues. A year ago I was at my goal weight, 125 lbs. In order to keep that weight, I worked out really hard and ate little. Of course, that affected my emotional stability. The pressure was too big and one day, it all changed. I started eating a lot with no work outs. Then in a year I gained 35 lbs. Now my primary goal is losing weight without intense workouts. I am planning on walking an hour everyday and maybe doing some Wii sports or wii fitness. I want to be thin and happy. Not thin and crazy.
