How's this for lunch then? Lots of green salad-basil-parsley-boiled eggs(2) tomatoes with olive oil and lime juice dressing.

Slowly going, I went swimming this morning at 7.30 till 8.00 then 30 minutes in the jacuzzi. I met a guy there who told me all his troubles for 20 minutes, I was able to give him some advice about diet, teenagers and exercise.
If I go back tomorrow and see him there I guess I will have to start charging lol.
