Well the last few days havent been to well I have been sick with bronchitis and whatever else this is. I lost 6 lbs since yesterday morning prob just water weight but none the less weight loss...I feel like crap and dont have the energy to do anything at this point may have to make another doctors appointment.

Well today's workout consisted of walking for 1/2 a mile then running for 1/2 a mile for a total of 1 mile. I also did 20 minutes of stomp training on the kinect which was intense. Im excited to be starting this journey with my husband as he has already been on his. I have to do something for me..finally something for ME! My kids deserve a healthy active mom. I cant wait to enjoy getting up everyday without feeling tired all the time. My goal is to be down to 130 by Dec 31 2012. Im sure there will be some ups and downs but I will deal with those as they come. My husband is my biggest support as he wants this for me also. He tells me all the time I can do this and its not going to be easy but I CAN do it. As my weight loss begins I plan on weighing in on Mondays and taping every 2 weeks just to see where I have come. I will conclude this journal entry with a pat on the back for working out today!
