Been off the wagon a little over xmas. Although I have been keeping up with my creatine and protein intake, excersize has taken a bit of a back seat as I feel while I was out running last week (tupid icey roads) and bruised all my left knee. Hoping to get back to running in the next few days!
Supprising ive not pilled on the pounds with all the chocs and sweets ive eaten! Back on the wagon after the 1st!

Whooo hooo Journal number 1 for me. Bit of an odd one for me, I dont really want to LOOSE weight, or gain. I've dropped from 196lbs to 165lbs in the last 6 months, and I am happy here!
Although I do want to trim off some bodyfat and put on more muscle. Im working hard in the gym doing cardio and hitting the weights (free weights and bench at home!).
My major problem is my eating habbits, so im hoping FatSecret will help me log and identify these issues!
